    Description

    Vintage WW1 era
    plaster wall hanging plaque of the British cartoon character
    "Old Bill".  Old Bill was created by British cartoonist
    Bruce Bairnsfather's.  The three dimensional plaque measures approximately 7 1/4"x9"x1 3/4".  It still has the original paint.  It does not appear to be cracked or chipped and it does not appear to have been repaired.  There is some wear to the paint.  Check photos.
