Vintage Evans Mid Century Golden Yellow Enamel Hinged Apple Lighter and Ashtray Set
mid century yellow hand enameled Fabergé style apple and ashtray set by Evans Case Co. (1920's-1965).
The apple and ashtray set has beautiful golden enamel trim. The stems and leaves are of brass in an intricate/fine design. Evans was known for their enamel pieces and the central inserts are interchangeable.
The Apple, lighter and ashtray are incised with the logo and stamped as shown.
Apple stands 2 3/4" tall with stem, with a 2 1/4” diameter.
The ashtray has a diameter of 6”.
In great condition. The best only enamel loss i can see is on the bottom of the ashtray very light scratches and around bottom rim of the ashtray some rough enamel scrapes. some dust remaining, additional cleaning is recommended please see pics.
