Vintage 90s Cotton Works* Futon Cotton Cover Hierglyph Pattern - Full Size

Description

Cool vintage futon cover from the early 1990s. The cover was included with an older futon frame and full sized single layer cotton mattress that was about 7 to 8 inches thick.  It features a hierglyphic design with a snake circling around other images. The main color is navy blue around border and back.  The colors of the design are gray and light gray, purple, lavender, blue and light blue. Design defined in navy black with red accents.
Some areas have faded on the solid colored material due to constant display of the design on front.
For some reason, faded areas in photo appear lighter but they are actually closer to an indigo color.  Heavy duty construction probably of a thick cotton canvas and no apparent holes or tears.
*It is believed to be manufactured by Cotton Works Industries, Inc. with American made YKK (stamped) zipper.  The zipper extends around 3 sides of the cover.
