pattern on a lightning Green/Blue ground

This excellent piece stands out with its vibrant colours and intricate detail.
Impressed on the blue base with Moorcroft, Made in England, and Queen Mary Sticker. This lovely item would be a wonderful addition to any collection.
Condition:
Good condition, slither chip to base and small production fault to lower portion on one side.
