This is an ULTRA RARE Evans lighter that has the top of a Lift Arm Lighter and the bottom was their new Roller Bearing lighter... I have ONLY seen a handful of these and I have had all of them I believe. They all have the same thing like the inside is hollow and makes a jiggling noise and ALL of them did the same thing and I have no idea why... I have sold another one I had for ,500.00 and this is priced to sell fast... Even the person with the BEST Evans Collection on the planet doesn't have one in his collection...
