Most orders are shipped within 24 business hours from our warehouse in California. All orders are shipped via standard ground USPS, UPS, or FedEx, unless special prior arrangements. We only ship to confirmed address. We will not deliver to PO boxes and addresses outside of United States. Please supply a physical address and phone number to which we can ship your order to. Tracking will be emailed to you once it is available. We will notify you immediately should we have problems with your shipment. All damaged shipments must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving. Pictures of damaged goods are required for opening a claim.
Return:
Returns are accepted within 30 days, after purchased day. Return goods must be in new/un-used/un-opened condition. Buyer pays return shipping cost. Please contact us for Return Authorization Number (RAN) before return your purchased items. All returns without RAN will be rejected. Refund will be issued once we received and inspected the returned items. We refund the purchased price less shipping and handling costs.
