We had warehouses in United States, Australia and Europe, domestic  shipping usually takes within 7 business days to arrive.
USPS: 3-7 business days.
UPS/FEDEX: 3-5 business days.
Truck company: 5-8 business days.
Most orders will be shipped within One working day. Orders placed on  weekend will be shipped within 2 days.
We offer free shipping service to 48 states, buyer from Alaska and Hawaii  would need to pay extra shipping cost, we do not ship to FPO, APO or PO Box  addresses.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or  shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns
All of our  items come with a 30+day return policy. We ensure all our items are new and in  excellent condition prior to shipping. Please note  that all returns must be advance approval by us. Unauthorized returns will not  be accepted. If you need to return, please check twice to confirm the item not  work and contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed  problem and send us some pictures for confirmation.
